LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR BANK ACCOUNTS

Having the need to regulate the relationship between customers and the credit institutions that provide bank accounts, in order to allow safe, transparent and conscious access to financial services, to guarantee respect and protection to consumers, the Law no. 27/2022, 29 December was approved. This law came into force in 29 December, 2022.
