Change of firm name from SCAN to ABCC

By regulatory imposition, the firm or the acronym of law firms should include only the name of some or all members.

To meet this requirement, SCAN - Sociedade de Advogados, Limitada adopted the firm name Avillez, Bacar, Centeio & Cambule, Sociedade de Advogados, Limitada, and will use the acronym ABCC, and the statutes have been registered in the Registrar of Legal Entities in January 2016 and published in the Bulletin of the Republic on 27 January 2016, having finally completed the process in the last week with the competent officials.

From June 17, 2016 on, our correspondence and other documents, also will now bear the new name ABCC- Sociedade de Advogados, Limitada.

We hold the same nickel and NUIT, as well as telephone contacts, going to be two fields of access to the site: www.abcc.co.mz and www.abcc.co.mz, which will work simultaneously with the current e-mail address email.

Gradually emails ending in @scan.co.mz will be disabled.

At the moment our esteemed customers and the general public can use both e-mail addresses for contacts with our office and lawyers.
